Following the weekend’s ties in the third round qualifying, there were a total of 71 clubs, including those from the National League, in the hat for the draw. It was split into North and South sections with 14 ties in the North draw and 18 in the Southern section, with eight third round qualifying ties still to be decided.
The draw was broadcast live on the Ray Stubbs Show on talkSPORT 2 with former Arsenal player Adrian Clarke and broadcaster and Non-League aficionado Tony Incenzo pulling the balls out of the hat.
The fourth round qualifying ties will take place on the weekend of Saturday 14th October with winning clubs receiving £12,500 from the prize fund.
Having had encounters against the Stones in recent seasons and had success at the Gallagher Stadium including a 3-0 Ryman Premier League win at their ground in January 2015, it will no doubt be a fiercely contested match. We urge the Town faithful to get behind the team and make the trip to Kent for the match which is scheduled to be played on Saturday October 14th.
We will update the website with further information including a supporters coach, just as soon as we have confirmed the details.
